Berserk Overrated ?

         Berserk for those who don't know is a dark fantasy manga written and illustrated by Kentaro Miura. Right now I'm on chapter 176 and i just ended the birth rite arc. I didin't enjoy it a lot, I think that the caracters introduced in this arc are awful in the exception of Serpico and it's pacing was kinda slow. In my opinion the manga had a huge downgrade after the golden age arc because the level of quality and writing in this arc is so good the lost children and birth rite arc don't live to the expectation of the reader after finishing golden age. I have a weird feeling , I really enjoyed golden age and i was reading 40 chapters a day like it was nothing,but after that i got bored of the manga i couldn't stand reading it so I was wondering if the next arcs of the manga will be much better than the last two arcs i read.
